I try each day to take at least one moment when I literally look up. I leave my phone and my tasks and my troubles, I go outside, I look up at the sky. I thank Heavenly Father for the opportunity of this earthly experience. I look at the magnificence of the glimpse I have of His creations (including my own body) and I stand in awe. I always walk away with better perspective, more determination to choose the right path, and a more peaceful heart.
Try it sometime. Literally look up.
Don't forget to figuratively look up as well. Look up to Him who is your eternal Father. Ask for His hand and guidance, His vision, His love. Give thanks for your blessings, recognizing from where they came. Look up.
